Role Description The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru North. This position oversees day-to-day site activities, including coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure interior projects are executed according to drawings, specifications, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring work progress, managing site resources, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The Interior Site Supervisor also conducts regular site inspections,



reports project status to management, and supports client walkthroughs to ensure expectations are met.
Qualifications

Strong site supervision and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple interior projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of interior execution processes, including materials, finishes, basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination, and quality control standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, BOQs, and site layouts, and translate them into transparent guidance for site teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal design teams.
Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of digital tools for tracking progress and site updates.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
