Assistant Manager, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. We are seeking a person with at least 7 years of strategy experience, of which a minimum of 5 years should be post-MBA, in the internal or external consulting space with strong research, analytical and writing skills, combined with excellent command of the English language.
Work you'll do
Your role will encompass:
Own and manage discrete tasks and deliverables: Contribute to developing go-to-market strategies for activating technology across global S&I-related; client issues, including:
Gathering, analysing , and interpreting qualitative market research
Conducting quantitative analysis of sales and pipeline data to identify and validate tech opportunities
Developing logically structured PowerPoint presentations to support internal discussions
Using AI tools to accelerate and enhance work products,
and sharing best practices with teammates
Apply solid project management skills: Effectively manage multiple tasks and switch effectively across competing priorities.
Demonstrate structured problem-solving: Draw logical conclusions and develop transparent, actionable, and relevant recommendations.
Shape and communicate effectively: Develop and present powerful, data-driven PowerPoint presentations for senior Deloitte executives
Drive global collaboration: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with counterparts to foster a seamless, innovative, and highly effective global team
