Work you’ll do
As a Pursuit Manager, you will lead the proposal process from pre-RFP discussions through orals coaching and post-presentation follow-up. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic management:
Oversee end-to-end RFP and pursuit processes, including planning, win-theme strategy development, proposal crafting, and oral presentation coaching.
Advise and collaborate with client service professionals, providing strategic communication insights and leadership.
Leverage proprietary GenAI tools to bring efficiency to the pursuit process, share meaningful insights with client service teams, and guide the strategy.
Exhibit outstanding verbal skills in facilitating and distilling complex discussions; demonstrate a finely tuned ability to extract the most significant information and action items.
Develop and implement effective pursuit and messaging strategies, lead meetings, and present in various forums.
Negotiate and mediate to resolve conflicts and reach consensus quickly.
Direct competitive intelligence and knowledge management efforts to inform pursuit messaging.
Influence and persuade stakeholders to adopt best practices and cutting-edge approaches.
