Role Description As a College Recruiter at Flexi Roundtables : Top 1% Leaders, you will manage end-to-end campus recruitment activities to attract emerging talent for various roles and programs. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with colleges and universities, coordinating campus events and virtual sessions, and promoting opportunities to students and placement offices. You will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, manage candidate communication,



and support the selection and onboarding process. The role also involves maintaining recruitment data, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to anticipate future hiring needs aligned with community growth. This is a full time remote role.
Qualifications
Experience in campus or early-career hiring, talent acquisition, or recruitment coordination.
Strong relationship-building skills with academic institutions, student organizations, and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and confident virtual or in-person presentation abilities.
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple events, candidate pipelines, and deadlines.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with proactive follow-up and attention to detail.
Comfort with using recruitment tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms; familiarity with applicant tracking
