Role Description The Packaging Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hubli. This role is responsible for planning and executing packaging activities, including preparing, packing, and labeling products in line with company and customer specifications. The Packaging Specialist collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to support packaging design implementation, optimize materials and methods, and maintain documentation.
Daily tasks include performing quality checks on packaging, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, monitoring packaging inventory, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves analyzing packaging performance data, providing feedback on design and process enhancements, and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
