Role Description The Area Collections Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Baheri, responsible for overseeing collections activities within the assigned area. This role includes managing and guiding collection executives, monitoring daily collection performance, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Area Collections Manager will analyze collection reports, identify high-risk accounts, and implement corrective strategies to reduce delinquency.



The position also involves coordinating with branch teams, maintaining accurate documentation, resolving customer escalations professionally, and providing regular performance updates to senior management.
Qualifications

Proven experience in collections, recovery, or credit control, preferably in financial services or banking.
Strong skills in team leadership, performance monitoring, and people management.
Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and use basic office and collection management software.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills when interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
Knowledge of local market dynamics in Baheri and understanding of regulatory and compliance guidelines related to collections.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, commerce, or a related field; relevant certifications in credit or collections are an advantage.
