Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and payroll coordination. The role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and company guidelines. This role handles employee relations, addresses queries and concerns, supports engagement initiatives,



and assists with recruitment and selection activities. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with leadership and team managers to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Social Saga’s values.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in managing end-to-end HR functions. (1-3 years of experience preferred).
Candidates should possess HR Operations skills, including handling onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administrative processes.
Candidates should have Employee Relations skills, including managing employee queries, resolving conflicts, and supporting engagement programs.
Candidates should have knowledge of HR policies, including developing, implementing, and updating HR guidelines in line with legal requirements and best practices.
