We are looking for a hands-on Store Operations Executive to manage our Raw Material, Packaging Material and Finished Goods stores. The person will be responsible for receiving materials, maintaining stock, issuing materials to production, managing finished goods and ensuring timely dispatches with accurate documentation.
This is a 70% floor + 30% system/ERP role, so we need someone comfortable working on the shop floor as well as maintaining records.
Key Responsibilities

● Receive raw materials and packaging materials and verify quantity, batch, PO and quality documents.
● Prepare GRNs and ensure materials are properly stored.
● Issue materials to production against approved indents.
● Follow FIFO/FEFO and ensure proper batch tracking.
● Manage Finished Goods, including picking, packing and dispatch.
● Ensure the right SKU, batch and MRP are dispatched on time.
● Process returns and segregate saleable, damaged and near-expiry stock.
● Record wastage and scrap on the same day with proper reasons.
● Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with ERP/system stock.




● Maintain proper hygiene, 5S and FSSAI compliance.
● Maintain accurate documentation and update ERP/system transactions on time.
● Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and store reports.
● Coordinate with Production, QC, Logistics, Finance and E-commerce teams.
● Identify stock variances, investigate the reasons and take corrective action.

Skills and Requirements
● 2–3 years of hands-on store/warehouse experience, preferably in Food/FMCG manufacturing.
● Practical knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking and stock management.
● Basic understanding of FSSAI, hygiene and storage requirements.
● Experience working on an ERP/WMS system for GRN, stock issue, dispatch and reconciliation.
● Valuable documentation and inventory management skills.
● Someone who takes ownership and is comfortable working independently.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing volumes and multiple SKUs.
