Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients. The Business Development Executive will conduct market research, prepare and deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with Midgrow’s digital solutions. Daily responsibilities include managing accounts, tracking sales pipelines, negotiating proposals, and providing regular updates and reports to leadership. The role also requires active participation in meetings, networking activities, and follow-ups to drive consistent revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
