About the Role
Chate Prep+ is looking for a responsible, organised and proactive Business Operations Intern to support our day-to-day administration, HR, recruitment and internal operations.
You’ll work closely with the team and help ensure that people, documents, follow-ups, and everyday office operations run smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a growing company actually operates.
What You’ll Do
Support recruitment and hiring activities
Post job openings and screen applications
Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Assist with employee/intern onboarding
Maintain attendance, leave and employee records
Organise HR and company documentation
Maintain digital folders and operational records
Coordinate with vendors, trainers and internal teams
Manage routine office and administrative requirements
Track pending tasks and follow-ups
Support management with day-to-day business operations
Help build and improve simple admin & HR processes
Who We’re Looking For
BBA / B.Com / HR / Management or similar student/graduate
Freshers are welcome
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
Organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with candidates and following up
Able to manage multiple responsibilities
Responsible with confidential information
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
