Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Marketing & Account Management




Build and manage strong working relationships with client stakeholders across B2 B accounts
Understand client business priorities, challenges, and marketing goals deeply
Act as a key point of coordination between clients and internal teams
Bring proactive thinking, recommendations, and contextual understanding into ongoing engagements
2. Delivery & Operational Excellence
Drive smooth day-to-day delivery across creative, digital, content, web, and campaign workstreams
Ensure timelines, quality standards, responsiveness, and operational expectations are consistently met
Improve delivery coordination, planning, reviews, and communication across teams
Reduce operational gaps, rework, and workflow inefficiencies
3. Business Growth, Revenue & Account Health
Meet revenue targets, support account growth through upsell opportunities
Maintain visibility into account health, delivery risks, workload planning, and operational priorities
Support business reviews
