Role Overview

As Team Lead - Sales (RoW Market), you'll spearhead BrightChamps' sales operations targeting international markets including Southeast Asia (SEA), Middle East, ANZ, UK/Europe and other global regions.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, you'll build and mentor a high-performing team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, leveraging your deep international K12 domain expertise and proven RoW market success. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead, mentor,



and manage a distributed sales team focused on the agile RoW (Rest of World)market
● Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to RoW regions (ANZ, Middle East and UK/Europe etc.) aligned with BrightChamps' mission to deliver interactive coding and AI education globally
● Set and track sales targets and KPIs based on RoW market dynamics and regional differences
● Oversee pipeline management, CRM usage, and sales reporting for RoW markets
● Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and passion for BrightChamps' mission to empower the next generation of tech leaders among your team
● Navigate diverse cultural contexts, language requirements, and market-specific sales approaches across 30+ countries
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies for international markets
● Rigorously follow up on leads via phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp, emails, and video calls with parents
