Role Description This is a full-time, in office Estimation and Costing role based in Noida. The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates for switchgear and electrical projects, including material, labor, and installation components. Responsibilities include reviewing technical drawings and specifications, obtaining and evaluating vendor quotations, and preparing pricing proposals and bills of quantities. The position also requires coordinating with sales, design, and procurement teams, updating cost databases,



tracking project costs against budgets, and supporting negotiation and finalization of offers. The role includes maintaining documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all estimates, and supporting continuous improvement of costing processes.
Qualifications
Ability to interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and tender documents, and translate them into accurate cost estimates.
Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills for cost calculations, comparison of quotations, and preparation of costing sheets.
Knowledge of electrical switchgear, panels, and related components, including typical materials, manufacturing processes, and installation practices.
Experience collaborating with sales, design, and procurement teams to gather inputs, clarify requirements, and finalize proposals.
