Experience
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Foundry
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks
Proficiency with GitHub Copilot in VS Code or Cursor and/or Visual Studio
Experience with LLM APIs
Understanding of RAG architecture and implementation
Experience working with embeddings and vector stores
Familiarity with document ingestion pipelines and chunking strategies
Strong prompt engineering skills
Familiarity with AI gateway patterns and multi-provider model routing
Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI solutions on Microsoft Foundry
Develop multi-step, tool-calling AI workflows using orchestration frameworks
Work with LLM APIs across multiple providers
Design and improve RAG-based retrieval quality
Implement embeddings and vector store solutions
Create document ingestion and chunking approaches for retrieval
Apply prompt engineering practices
Support AI gateway patterns and model routing across Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock
Work in an AI-first organization using AI enabled tools and digital and analytical thinking
Continuously adapt as technologies evolve
Additional Responsibilities
Help enhance diagnostic workflows across healthcare, life sciences, and public health
Support the development of intelligent diagnostic informatics solutions and cloud-based platforms
Contribute to generating meaningful insights at scal
