Experience
Experience in SOLD Simplification
Robust full-stack engineering expertise using Python or Java
Hands-on delivery of Generative AI solutions
Experience with cloud-native engineering and DevSecOps
Experience integrating AI with enterprise platforms and data sources
Financial services or payments engineering experience
Understanding of responsible AI, data privacy, regulatory compliance and delivery across multiple countries
Responsibilities
Lead the overall engineering and development of the SOLD Simplification initiative
Coordinate and support requirement discovery, initiative planning, delivery planning, roadmap and stakeholder management
Design, develop and improve software using engineering methodologies
Deliver high-quality software solutions that are scalable, maintainable and optimized for performance
Collaborate with product managers, designers and other engineers to define requirements and solution strategies
Ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing
Stay informed of technology trends and contribute to technology communities
Apply secure coding practices to protect sensitive data and mitigate vulnerabilities
Implement effective unit testing practices to support code design, readability and reliability
Provide technical direction as a subject matter expert and guide collabora
