Role Description The Junior Engineer will support senior engineers in structural design, analysis, and detailing for buildings, bridges, and infrastructure projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing drawings and calculations, assisting with design documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure technical accuracy and adherence to standards.



The role may involve contributing to structural forensic assessments, supporting proof-checking activities, and participating in concrete mix design tasks under supervision. The Junior Engineer will also help compile reports, maintain project records, and assist in site-related coordination as required. This is a full-time, in office role based in Ernakulam.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in structural engineering principles, including analysis and design of concrete and steel structures.
Proficiency with engineering design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, STAAD, ETABS, or similar structural analysis software).
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, codes, and standards relevant to buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
Effective research, problem-solving, and analytical skills to support forensic consultancy and proof-checking tasks.
