About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive LinkedIn Outreach Specialist with 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, appointment setting, or sales development. You should be skilled at finding US-based prospects, starting meaningful conversations, and generating qualified meetings. Strong English, Apollo experience, personalized outreach, research, and consistent follow-up are essential.

Responsibilities:
Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns focused on the US market.
Identify and connect with relevant decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Generate qualified leads and book business meetings through LinkedIn.
Use Apollo.io and other sales intelligence tools for prospect identification and lead enrichment.
Conduct detailed research on prospects, companies, industries, and decision-makers.




Create highly personalized connection requests and outreach messages.
Manage systematic follow-ups to maximize response and meeting-booking rates.
Maintain accurate prospect databases and outreach records.
Track key performance metrics, including connection rates, response rates, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
Continuously optimize outreach messaging and targeting strategies.
Coordinate with the sales/business development team for effective handover of qualified meetings.

Skills & Experience:
3+ years of proven experience in LinkedIn outreach, B2B lead generation, SDR, appointment setting, or business development.
Demonstrated experience in booking qualified meetings through LinkedIn outreach.
Strong hands-on experience with Apollo or similar lead-generation and sales intelligence platforms.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience working with US-based prospects and decision-makers.
Strong understanding of B2B
