Role Description The Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project planning and execution for Iron and Steel and related construction-focused initiatives at Jai Balaji Group’s Durgapur site. This full-time, on-site role involves defining project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, while coordinating with engineering, production,



procurement, logistics, and inspection teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with quality and safety standards. The Senior Project Manager will oversee expediting activities, monitor project progress, address risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and cost targets. Responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, preparing status reports, driving process improvements, and aligning project outcomes with organizational strategic objectives. The role requires hands-on leadership on the shop floor and in operational areas, ensuring strong collaboration between cross-functional teams and external partners.
Qualifications

Robust project leadership skills, including Project Management experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, or construction environments.
