About the Role
We're looking for a versatile professional with hands-on SAP Ariba expertise who can also support core HR operations . Great fit for someone who enjoys working across procurement and people processes.

What You'll Do
Manage supplier invoices, approvals, and payment workflows in SAP Ariba
Reconcile invoices with POs and resolve vendor queries
Support employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, records, exits,



and HR documentation
Maintain HRMS data and assist with compliance & audits
Partner with TA team for smooth current-hire handovers

What You Bring
4-8 years' experience, with exposure to both SAP Ariba and HR operations
Hands-on SAP Ariba experience (invoice processing/procurement workflows)
Working knowledge of HR ops (excluding payroll)
Strong Excel skills and comfort with HRMS/ERP systems
Detail-oriented, organized, and confidential-information-savvy

Nice to Have
Experience in a shared services or cross-functional role
Knowledge of SAP ECC/S4HANA
Exposure to global stakeholders/vendors
