Role Description The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales calls, qualifying leads, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline. The role includes identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, preparing quotations, and following up to close business. The Inside Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools,



coordinate with the technical and operations teams, and provide timely updates on sales activities and forecasts. Daily activities also involve responding to customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality service, and supporting marketing initiatives to generate current opportunities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills to manage pipelines, meet targets, and close deals effectively.
Candidates should possess proven abilities in Lead Generation and prospecting, including cold calling and digital outreach.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, build relationships, and maintain client satisfaction.
Relevant experience in industrial automation, engineering products, or B2B technical sales is highly beneficial.
Proficiency with CRM systems, MS Office, and basic data analysis for sales reporting
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
