What You’ll Do
Contribute to portfolio-level prioritization and planning across UCAS products, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer commitments, and engineering capacity.
Manage and coordinate delivery across multiple UCAS products and multiple concurrent releases.
Own and coordinate Business Opportunity Calculator (BOC) activities, including business case development, financial forecasting and governance reviews.
Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), integrated program plans, resource plans, and release schedules to ensure predictable execution.
Leverage experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), to drive effective program execution and continuous delivery.
PMP (Project Management Qualified) Certified with strong program governance, planning, risk management, and stakeholder management expertise.
Partner with Product & Engineering team to define and execute end-to-end delivery of enterprise software platforms and applications
Define program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Manages cross-functional activities[Dev, security...] ensuring deliveries against plan.
Partner with RTE, PM,PO,SM and Architects resulting in effective PI planning
Work with EM, SM and PO to reduce the defect debt.
Owns the Project Budget/profit plan, work with EMs to determine # of dev/test resources
Customer Centricity & Stakeholder Partnership
Building partnerships and acting as Single point of contact from software to Product teams, Coordinates and focused on delivering new or upgrading existing features.
Clearly outlining expected deliverables and interdependencies towards product teams and with agreed timelines
Looks for ways to add value beyond immediate requests and initiates actions
Provide clear and regular communication on program status, risks, and outcomes
