What You'll Do
As a CNC Programmer / CAD-CAM Programmer, you will be responsible for creating accurate CAD drawings, optimizing slab layouts,



and programming CNC equipment for stone countertop fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify CAD drawings for granite and stone countertops based on client specifications, architectural plans, and shop drawings.
Use SlabSmith and AlphaCAM to develop CNC programs for cutting and shaping granite countertops.
Review slab layouts to maximize material yield and minimize waste.
Work closely with sales personnel, templaters, designers, installers, programmers, and production staff to ensure designs are accurate and practical for fabrication.
Interpret customer drawings, architectural plans, blueprints, and specification sheets.
Review and approve final CAD drawings before fabrication and installation.
Identify design or programming issues and develop practical solutions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work according to project deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of design changes, revisions, and modifications.
