About the Role
We're hiring for a Founder's Office role to work closely with the founding team and drive execution on 4-5 high-priority projects central to our next phase of growth in product and revenue. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants to learn how a company scales - by actually doing the work, not observing it.
What You'll Do
You'll program-manage and execute across some combination of the following:
Content marketing engines — build and scale systems that drive inbound demand
Sales target & quota management — across both hunting (new business) and farming (account growth) teams




RevOps setup & management — design and run the systems, tooling, and processes that support revenue operations
Product management — run customer interviews and help define product features based on what you learn
Strategic partnerships & channel development — as part of GTM, identify and build out partnership and channel opportunities
Community & events — as part of GTM, build and run community initiatives and events
You'll work directly with the founders, moving rapid across projects, owning outcomes, and course-correcting as priorities shift.

Who You Are
1-3 years of experience at a company that has successfully scaled, in strategy & ops, category management, or a founder's office role
Able to speak in detail about specific actions you took and the measurable impact you drove — not a high-level summary of a short or shallow stint
Comfortable with ambiguity, fast context-switching, and high ownership
Able to provide a str
