Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Management
Serve as a key point of contact for clients across projects and ongoing requirements.
Attend client meetings, understand briefs, clarify requirements, and translate them into actionable deliverables.




Maintain proactive and timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsiveness and consistent service quality.
Coordinate with creative, design, content, production, and other internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Track deliverables, timelines, feedback, and follow-ups to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Support account growth by identifying opportunities within existing client relationships and contributing to new business initiatives.
Creative Research & Ideation
Research global event, experiential marketing, brand engagement, and consumer trends.
Bring fresh ideas, themes, formats, references, and concepts to pitches and client projects.
Support brainstorming sessions with relevant research, mood boards, references, and creative inspiration.
