Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Vyolve Tale is a full-time, hybrid position based in Delhi, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Specialist will engage prospective and existing clients, understand their ideas and needs,



and present tailored solutions across Vyolve Tale’s publishing, learning, and systems offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, and following up to convert leads into long-term relationships. The role involves collaborating closely with content, learning, and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of services, as well as maintaining detailed records in CRM tools and providing clear, empathetic communication throughout the client journey. The Sales Specialist will also contribute to client onboarding, deliver product and service walkthroughs, and share feedback with the team to improve offerings and processes.
