Position Summary

The Senior Specialist – Learning & Development is responsible for supporting the
planning, development, coordination, and execution of learning and development
initiatives that promote professional growth, enhance technical and leadership
capabilities, and support firm-wide compliance. This role will partner closely
with service line leaders, subject matter experts, HR, and other stakeholders to
identify learning needs, deliver impactful development programs, and foster a
robust learning culture across Weaver.

The Senior Specialist will take ownership of key L&D; programs and processes,
contribute to the continuous improvement of learning initiatives, and use data
and feedback to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for
improvement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development
programs, including scheduling, communications, participant management,
course materials, evaluations, continuing education accreditation, catering,
audio-visual requirements, virtual training platforms, and overall program
logistics.
* Partner with service line leaders, subject matter experts, and HR
stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and translate them
into effective learning solutions.
* Support the design, development, and implementation of training programs
aligned with business priorities, employee development needs, and firm
objectives.
* Manage and coordinate new hire learning programs, ensuring employees complete
required onboarding, compliance, technical, and other assigned training
within established timelines.
