We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us bring in great people, fast.
What you'll do:
Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer
Manage multiple sourcing channels to build strong candidate pipelines
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and hiring intent
Conduct phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate fit
Coordinate with stakeholders through the evaluation process to keep hiring moving
Deliver on hiring targets within committed timelines
Use our ATS to track, qualify, and process candidates efficiently
Ensure every candidate walks away with a great experience, regardless of outcome
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in any stream; MBA in HR is a plus
1–2 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
