Role Description The Performance Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, meta ads on social media platforms, google ads and marketplaces to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. Daily activities include managing paid media budgets, analyzing campaign performance, generating reports,



and identifying data-driven opportunities to improve ROI. The specialist will collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
