The Proteinest is a D2C plant-based nutrition brand. We build products people come back for, and we grow on brand, trust & relationships rather than ad spend. A lot of that growth comes from talking to the right people and turning conversations into customers, which is where this role sits.

The Role
We are looking for a Sales & Outreach Associate who is genuinely good with people and driven to close. You will handle both inbound and outbound sales, reach out to generate new leads & build community around the brand.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the conversation. You will speak to people who are already interested, reach out to people who should be & guide them to the right product with confidence. If you can handle an objection without losing the person, and you do not need someone standing over you to stay motivated, you will do well here.

What You'll Own
Handle inbound leads over call, chat & WhatsApp,



understand what the customer needs & guide them to the right product.
Run outbound outreach to generate new leads and open current conversations.
Handle objections with patience and clarity, and turn hesitation into trust.
Build and grow a community around the brand, and keep it active and engaged.
Follow up consistently, so no lead or conversation slips through the cracks.
Keep clean records of your conversations and what is converting. This will be a number driven role.

What We're Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience in sales, ideally covering both inbound and outbound.
Strong communication skills. People trust you quickly, both in writing and on a call.
Comfortable handling objections and staying calm when the answer is not an immediate yes.
Self-motivated. You own your targets and keep yourself moving without being pushed.
Experience in lead generation.
Experience building or growing communities.
