Experience as a ServiceNow Leadwith strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM).

- Strong expertise in Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Request, and Service Catalog.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Service Portal.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience working with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Valuable understanding of ITIL processes and service management lifecycle.
- Experience with CMDB, CSDM, and CI relationship management.
- Exposure to ServiceNow reporting, dashboards, and SLA management.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and production releases.
- Preferred certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.
