Job Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering (B.Sc/B.E.).
- Proven experience in production management and supervision.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and inventory management systems.
