We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and manage projects across cross-functional teams and have hands-on experience in managing software projects. The candidate should have robust knowledge of project management methodologies and hold PMP (Project Management Professional) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope and timeline.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

- Manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Facilitate Daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and reviews.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams (Design and Development, QA).

- Track project progress using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.

- Drive timely project delivery and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Manager Requirements:

- Bachelor s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business or related field

- Experience in software development and knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

- 3-5 years of Project Management experience

- Certification PMP or Certified Scrum Master

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
