- Owns the academic outcomes and learner journey of allotted cohort of students attendance, assignments, and performance
- Identify at-risk students early using data signals and initiate timely outreach or escalation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each student's academic journey throughout the year
Parent & Student Communication
- Own the relationship with every student and parent from the first call to ongoing progress conversations
- The go-to person for academic queries, updates, and context — responsive, informed, and proactive
Tutor Class Audits
- Conduct regular audits of live and recorded classes for a set of mapped tutors
- Evaluate sessions across three dimensions: classroom hygiene (punctuality, structure, platform tool usage), student engagement (participation, interaction quality, responsiveness), and pedagogy (concept clarity, pacing, explanation quality, use of examples)
- Deliver structured, actionable post-audit feedback to tutors and track improvement over time

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills — able to build rapport quickly with students and parents
- Robust analytical ability to read student data and identify patterns early
- Structured observation and feedback skills for conducting class audits
- High organizational ability to manage a large allocated cohort effectively
