- Manage daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting customer demands.
- Lead a team to achieve targets in outbound logistics, last mile delivery, and inventory management.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely supply chain planning and execution.
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rates, fill rates, and inventory levels to optimize performance.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in FMCG industry or related field (e.g., retail).
- Strong understanding of 3PL logistics processes including inbound logistics, outbound logistics, rider hiring and last mile delivery.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
