Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM Consultant to join one of our well know clients in Oracle practice.

As an Oracle ARCS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' financial consolidation and close processes. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance, ultimately driving efficiency and strategic growth.

Required Skills:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM - ARCS, FMS and ODI

- End-to-end EPM experience - ESSBASE / FCCS & ARCS implementations

- Implement and support Oracle EPM PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

- Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis





- Experience configuring and supporting ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application

- Integration of PBCS with Fusion ERP

- Ability to independently write Business Rules

- Implement custom Oracle EPM applications

- Handle UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare Support

- Work on integrations and automations

- Knowledge of Groovy scripting and process automations is a plus

Requirements:

- B.Tech / MBA or equivalent, with finance functional knowledge

- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Extensive experience with Oracle EPM and FP&A; processes

- Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore workplace

- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients and conducting demos
