Role: UK IT Recruiter

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Are you an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong track record in the UK or US staffing market? Randstad India is expanding its global talent acquisition team in Hyderabad and looking for high-performing recruitment professionals to drive direct-client hiring.

What You Will Do

- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner directly with UK-based clients to understand technical requirements and deliver niche talent.
- Source candidates for full-time/permanent positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and passive networking.
- Maintain solid talent pipelines and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

What We Are Looking For

- 36 years of hands-on experience in UK or US IT recruitment.




- Proven expertise in managing Full-Time/Direct-Client roles (Strictly NO Bench Sales / C2C experience).
- Deep understanding of international tax terms, compliance, and tech stacks.
- Robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup from our Hyderabad office.
