What Youll Do:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle for US Healthcare roles (CNA, LPN/LVN, RN, Travel Nursing, Allied, and Specialties like Med-Surg, ER, OR etc.).
Sourcing Excellence: Utilize top job portals, internal databases, and networking to find high-quality clinicians.
Candidate Management: Conduct thorough screenings, coordinate client interviews, and manage the submission-to-offer process.
Negotiation: Handle offer negotiations and follow-ups with precision.
Data-Driven: Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and consistently hit (or exceed!) performance targets.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 3-5 years of mandatory experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of Travel Nursing, Allied staffing, and basic credentialing/compliance.
Communication: Exceptional English communication and negotiation skills.
