Job Description: Business Development Manager Domestic Staffing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive the growth of our domestic staffing services. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and relationship-building skills to succeed in the competitive domestic staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Acquisition & Sales:

- Identify and prospect new clients in IT and Non It space.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive new business and expand market share.
- Present and promote staffing solutions to prospective clients, emphasizing the companys value proposition.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.

Required Qualifications:





- Experience:

- Minimum of 1-4 years of business development experience in staffing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Experience in the domestic staffing or service industry is highly desirable.

- Skills & Competencies:

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
