The Service Design u0026 Delivery team take the lead on designing client solutions in partnership with our clients before planning and executing the end-to-end engagement. The Engineering team provide innovative migration and implementation activities both automated and scripted, to achieve maximum efficiency, consistency, and performance. The Customer Operations team provide high-quality customer support across the region f rom multiple delivery centres. The Licence Consulting team provide expertise in optimisation and compliance services to clients on-premise or in the cloud, maintaining cost ef ficiency and savings. Located in every country, they manage the client experience to ensure a truly client-centric approach across EMEA.nnAs an SLS Consultant you will:nn * Own and drive the completion of operational implementation of SAM tooling,nnnnincluding but not limited to data preparation and configuration in the tooling, corennenablement for clients (where in scope).nn * Delivers a variety of licensing analyses and reconciliations independently, using the population of SLS Analysts to perform data gathering, preparation and analysis.n * Responsible for ensuring the quality assurance of SLS Analystu2019s work.n * Responsible for coordinating multiple concurrent tasks for own work and SLSnnnnAnalysts in an ef ficient manner including tracking progress against deadlines and expected effort, as well as addressing issues such as anomalies and conflictsnnWhat weu2019re looking fornn * IT and Licensing knowledge (and where agreed by management, associated certification) for at least three software publishers to the level of being able to produce reconciliations independently, including guiding LCS teammates around how to perform the detailed analysis workn * Experience of working with a variety of IT tools (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow or SQL scripting)n * High level of written and spoken English Fluent in an additional European languagennnnWhat you can expect nWeu2019re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
