Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. This will help you understand how to find the right candidates for job openings.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Help prepare onboarding materials and assist new employees with the orientation process. This will provide you with insight into how organizations welcome and integrate new team members.
3. **Employee Records Management**: Maintain and update employee records in our database. This is important for keeping track of employee information and ensuring data accuracy.
4. **HR Policy Assistance**: Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies. You will learn about the importance of policies in guiding employee behavior and company culture.
