We are looking for an Air Ticketing Staff member to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will assist in ticketing operations and provide excellent customer service to travelers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Booking:** Handle the reservation and booking of airline tickets for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

- **Customer Assistance:** Provide information and assistance to customers regarding flight options, prices, and travel schedules to help them make informed decisions.

- **Payment Processing:** Manage payment transactions for ticket sales, ensuring that all financial processes are completed accurately and securely.

- **Data Entry:** Maintain and update records in the booking system to ensure all customer information is current and easily accessible.

- **Problem Resolution:** Address any issues or changes related to bookings, such as cancellations or rescheduling, to ensure a smooth customer experience.

- **Coordination with Airlines:** Communicate with airlines and other stakeholders to stay updated on flight availability, changes,



and promotions.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should have a minimum of a 12th-grade education. Previous experience in air ticketing is an advantage, but not mandatory. Robust communication skills are essential, as you will interact with various customers and team members daily. The ability to work well under pressure is important, along with attention to detail in booking and processing transactions. Proficiency in computer operations and familiarity with booking systems will be beneficial. A customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn are expected.
