Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multiple software engineering teams and technical leaders.

Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business and product objectives.

Oversee end-to-end software development, architecture, delivery, and production support.

Drive scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.

Establish engineering best practices, coding standards, CI/CD, testing, and DevOps processes.

Collaborate with Product, Architecture, QA, Security, and Business teams to deliver key initiatives.

Manage engineering roadmaps, budgets, resources, risks, and delivery timelines.

Drive modernization, automation, technical debt reduction,



and continuous improvement.

Build a solid engineering culture focused on innovation, quality, ownership, and customer impact.
