We are seeking a Senior Accounts Executive who will play a vital role in managing financial operations and ensuring accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and will be based in our Bangalore office.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Prepare Financial Statements:** Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and provide accurate information for decision-making.

- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable:** Oversee the cycle of payments and incoming funds, ensuring timely processing and maintaining healthy cash flow.

- **Reconcile Bank Statements:** Regularly compare bank statements with records to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of financial information.

- **Assist with Audits:** Support external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations, helping to ensure a smooth audit process.





- **Maintain Accurate Records:** Ensure that all financial records are well-organized and up to date to facilitate easy access and compliance with regulations.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with a robust understanding of financial reporting.

- Excellent analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and present financial information clearly.
