Store Operations Manager - E-Commerce (IT Hardware)

Tech Guru Store () is the e-commerce arm of Tech Guru IT Solutions, Nehru Place, Recent Delhi. We sell laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, CCTV and licensed software online in four graded conditions - Brand New, Open Box, Refurbished and Used - to businesses and individual customers across India.

We are hiring a Store Operations Manager to own everything that happens after a customer places an order. This is the most senior operations role in the business and reports directly to the Founder, with five direct reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the order-to-dispatch SLA and run the daily open-order board; target 95%+ same-day dispatch for orders confirmed before 15:00.

• Own inventory accuracy across warehouse and counter - cycle counts, adjustments and serial-number discipline; target 99%+ accuracy.

• Lead a team of five covering procurement, QC and refurbishment, warehouse and dispatch, customer support and returns.

• Approve inventory adjustments, credit notes and refunds within authority limits.

• Manage courier partner performance: cost per shipment, transit time, RTO and damage rates.

• Reconcile Zoho Commerce orders against Zoho Inventory daily,



and Zoho Inventory against Zoho Books monthly.

• Write and maintain the SOP handbook for every operations and support process.

We are looking for someone who has personally owned a dispatch SLA and an inventory accuracy number and can quote their last figures. Experience with serialised, high-value stock is a strong advantage.
