4. **Coordination with Airlines**: Work closely with airlines to assist their staff and ensure compliance with regulations while providing the best service to passengers.

5. **Customer Service**: Offer excellent customer service by maintaining a friendly demeanor, addressing passenger needs promptly,



and resolving any issues that may arise.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a positive attitude to interact effectively with passengers and team members. A basic understanding of airline operations is a plus. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. A keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn are essential for this role.
