Key Responsibilities

Develop new B2B customers and generate regular sales enquiries.

Identify and approach manufacturers, purchase departments, packaging buyers and supply-chain teams.

Conduct customer visits and understand their packaging requirements.

Generate leads through market visits, references, databases, LinkedIn and other business channels.

Handle enquiries/RFQs for corrugated boxes and packaging products.

Coordinate with the production and technical team for product feasibility and costing.

Prepare and submit quotations to customers.

Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into purchase orders.

Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.

Develop long-term relationships with existing customers and increase business volume.

Track customer requirements, pending orders, repeat orders and recent product opportunities.

Coordinate with customers for artwork, samples, approvals and product development.

Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and raw-material price movements.





Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the accounts team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, quotations, orders and customer interactions.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
