### Responsibilities

* Handle inbound & outbound customer calls

* Resolve queries and provide information

* Follow up for payments/services

* Maintain call records and system data

* Achieve calling and performance targets





* Follow company calling & compliance guidelines

Salary:-13,000-17,000

**Key Skills:** Valuable communication, convincing & customer-handling skills, active listening, target-oriented approach, and basic MS Office/system knowledge.

**Preferred:** Prior BPO / Collections / Sales / Customer Support experience.
