Manual & Machine Polishing: To remove surface material and provide a consistent texture, use automated polishing machines, handheld grinders, and manual lathes.
Finishing Mastery: Follow engineering blueprints for applying particular finishes, such as mirror, brush, satin, or matte finishes.
Dimensional Integrity: Keep a careful eye on material removal to make sure the polishing procedure doesn't jeopardize the dimensional tolerances listed in the technical drawings.
Quality Inspection:
To confirm that the finish satisfies the Roughness Average values and aesthetic criteria, use surface roughness testers and visual inspection lamps.
Tool Maintenance: To guarantee reliable results and operator safety, clean and dress polishing wheels and keep equipment in optimal condition.
Safety & Workplace: Follow stringent safety procedures, such as using personal protective equipment (PPE) (such as respirators and eye protection) and operating dust extraction systems correctly.
