Qualification: MBA (HR) / Any Degree with HR Experience
Job Summary
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, onboarding, and daily HR activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination).
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and induction.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave details.
Support employee engagement activities and performance reviews.
Coordinate with department managers for hiring requirements.
Update HR reports and recruitment trackers.
Ensure company HR policies are followed.
Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
Requirements
MBA (HR) or Any Degree with relevant HR experience.
1-3 years of HR experience.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
