About the Role

CoreHunt Inc. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates who are interested in building a career in US Staffing Sales / Business Development.

As a Business Development Executive, you will support client acquisition, connect with vendors and staffing partners, generate business opportunities, and work closely with the recruitment team to support successful closures in the US staffing market.

Training will be provided to candidates with the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and engage potential US clients, Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing partners.

* Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and vendors.

* Maintain and regularly update client and vendor databases.

* Understand business requirements and gather relevant job requirements from clients and partners.

* Coordinate with the recruitment team by sharing job requirements and relevant information for quick closures.

* Conduct market research to identify new clients, vendors, staffing partners,



and potential business opportunities.

* Follow up consistently with prospects and business partners to develop and maintain professional relationships.

* Maintain accurate records of business development activities and interactions.

* Work towards assigned business development and performance objectives.

Required Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

* Confidence in communicating with clients and business partners.

* Good negotiation and convincing skills.

* Good email drafting and professional communication skills.

* Comfortable with cold calling and business conversations.

* Basic understanding of US Staffing / IT Recruitment is an advantage; training will be provided.

* Ability to work according to US business hours / night-shift schedule.

* Self-motivated and willing to learn.

* Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online platforms.
